Launched in 2025, the Pearl Street Dr Academy includes our signature Dr Symposium, a welcoming event designed exclusively for newly graduated dentists entering the profession. At the Symposium, attendees gain meaningful insight through panel discussions with seasoned clinicians, along with hands-on training to build practical dental skills from day one.

The DR Academy continues far beyond the kickoff event. Our comprehensive two-year curriculum offers structured learning, mentorship, and real-world clinical development. Participants receive the tools, support, and guidance they need to grow into confident, capable dentists — ultimately elevating the level of care we provide to our patient families across our organization.
